It was a pleasure to speak with our esteemed Editorial Board member and chair of the AAO annual meeting programme committee, Bennie Jeng (University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore, MD, USA) about the impact of DSAEK, DMEK and DALK, and other emerging therapies for persistent corneal epithelial defects.
