Posterior segment complications are an ever-present challenge post-surgery, according to a presentation at Hawaiian Eye 2022. It was great to catch up with Dr William F Mieler (University of Illinois Chicago, IL, USA), who talked through the best approaches for the management of endophthalmitis following anterior segment surgery.
