A premium intraocular lens (IOL) is a type of IOL used in cataract patients that are designed to provide near, intermediate, and distance vision without glasses or contacts. In this touchOPHTHALMOLOGY interview, Dr John Hovanesian (Harvard Eye Associates CA, USA) discusses presents his Hawaiian Eye presentation on premium lens implants and the lessons on how to to best use them in practice.
