It was a pleasure to interview Dr Mitchell P Weikert (Cullen Eye Institute, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX, USA) about the challenges of cataract surgery in patients who have previously undergone laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis procedures and his recommendation for lenses for post-refractive eyes.
